    Barr could be a value pick for the Bucs: play sam, then put his hand on the ground on passing downs. Raw, though, isn’t he??

      Yes, his size is comparable to Jordan and Mingo from this year and as raw as Ansah, but teams think they can work with guys like that. I think he’ll be a good fit for coach Schiano.
