During the season my mocks go by the reverse order of my power rankings. Once the season comes to an end and the orders are determined everything will be more in depth.

Sorry, brother, but no way the Chiefs take Barkley with the first pick. Who was the last USC QB to be an outstanding pro? Please don’t say Sanchez. USC has been a wasteland for pro QBs. I’d rather see them take Manti Te’o because of his leadership and locker room presence. Oh yeah, and he’s a heckuva inside linebacker. But that won’t happen either. I think they will do everything in their power to trade down, but who is going to want to trade up? Horrible year to have the first pick.

Oh trust me I agree with you 1000%. USC is very overrated in their talent at QB. Carson Palmer was the last good QB to come from there and I don’t see that in Barkley at all. But with the way Geno Smith’s team ended the season he might have fell from graces. With the uncertainty of the QB position right now there will be some high risers during the pre-draft process that might take over the #1 spot.
